Excellent job done by Liam and his guys from fixing a leaking roof, installation of a new velux window and opening up my spare room by removing false ceiling then a full replaster
Great communication from start to finish.
Would definitely recommend Diligence roofing and building and would certainly use again. Top job

Liam and his team did an excellent job replacing our roof. They were the cheapest of the quotes we received, and the work was completed to a very high standard. I’m so glad I put my trust in them. Really pleased with the finished roof and would highly recommend Diligence Roofing & Building.

Excellent service from start to finish.
My Mother lost ridge tiles off her roof and after speaking to Diligence roofing, Liam arrived next morning to look at the job and said he would do it straight away. He completed the job quickly. Its great to see a tradesman who takes pride in his work and looking after his customers.
5 stars from me

Really pleased with the work carried out by Liam and his team at Diligence Roofing & Building. We had our old flat roof replaced with a new EPDM rubber roofing system, and the workmanship was excellent from start to finish. Liam kept us informed throughout, explained everything clearly and made sure everything was left clean and tidy. Professional, friendly and reliable service at a fair price. Would definitely recommend Diligence Roofing & Building to anyone needing roofing work!

I got a phone call one day from my enquiry for a builder to remove some loose cement that had come off my chimney . The next day with a gale blowing two chaps arrived to do the job. I was very worried about them going on my roof but they did the job anyhow and now I don’t need to worry about concrete falling on any one.. The price was good too so I would definitely recommend them

I am very impressed with Liam and his team their service was absolutely amazing and I would definitely recommend. My roof had been leaking for quite a while and I was very concerned and Liam and his colleagues made me feel very reassured and I can’t thank them enough!!!

Contacted them for a quote and then had some building work done, very happy with the work and the lads are hard working and pleasant. Communication was on point at all times no issues whatsoever
